Q: How Much Do You Pay?

A: Unlike most of our competition, we pay absolutely as much as possible. Our goal is to get you the most money for your home. We operate on a narrow margin and strive to create a win-win transaction.

Q. What if the park says the only people that can buy my home have to live in it?

A. While the parks have certain residency requirements, because we are dealers, and very experienced, we are able to work in almost all parks both all-age and 55+.

Q. How long does it take?

A. It’s completely on your schedule. We can usually close in seven days or less, but we can also wait six months if that is best for you.

Q. How and when do I get my money?

A. It’s your choice. On the day of closing, we will direct deposit the money into your bank account, wire the proceeds, or deliver a check to you, your specified bank account, or the recipient(s), of your choice.

Q. You say you’ll advance money to help me move before you buy my home and I have to move out. How does that work?

A. We can advance you up to 40% of your proceeds to help you with the purchase of your new home, moving expenses, first month’s rent, security deposits, etc.

Q. Can you help me find another home?

A. Absolutely! If you’re not yet sure where you’re going, having us help you find your next home will make your process so much easier and assures that you only have to move once.
